The Non-Entrepreneurial (Non-Commercial) Legal Entity Georgian Padel National Federation (ID No. 405423545, legal address: 29 Irakli Abashidze Street, Apartment 10, Vake District, Tbilisi, Georgia), represented by its President Ketevan Kipiani (Personal No. 01017043803), hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor,” is ready to protect the rights of consumers.
This Return Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Return Policy) is valid in conjunction with the General Terms and Conditions of Use of the Website and constitutes an integral part of this Service Agreement. The Return Policy is in compliance with the Law of Georgia on the “Protection of Consumer Rights” and other applicable normative acts.
Please carefully read the following Return Policy. If you do not agree with its terms, you must discontinue using and benefiting from the services provided
1. Definition of Terms
1.1 Website/Webpage – A platform through which a user/client acquires services offered by the Non-Entrepreneurial (Non-Commercial) Legal Entity ‘Georgian National Padel Federation’ (ID No.: 405423545), including, but not limited to: tickets and/or subscriptions for tournaments and sporting events organized under the auspices of the Federation; membership status; sports and training services; coaching and training courses; as well as other products or services related to activities permitted under the Federation’s Charter
1.2 The Organization – the Non-Entrepreneurial (Non-Commercial) Legal Entity Georgian Padel National Federation (ID No. 405423545, legal address: Apartment 10, No. 29 Irakli Abashidze Street, Vake District, Tbilisi, Georgia), represented by its President Ketevan Kipiani (Personal No. 01017043803), hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor,” is ready to protect the rights of consumers.
1.3 User – A resident or non-resident individual who utilizes the website's services and/or makes a non-cash payment;
1.4 Distance Contract – An agreement concluded between the Consumer and the Performer exclusively through one or more means of distance communication, relating to the remote purchase and/or provision of services, without requiring the physical presence of either party;
1.4 Refund Policy – This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunding amounts paid by the User for the Service and constitutes an integral part of the Service Agreement concluded with the User;
1.5 Commercial Bank – JSC “Name/Partner Bank,” a bank established and operating within the territory of Georgia, licensed and regulated by the National Bank of Georgia;
1.6 Currency – GEL (Georgian Lari)
1.7 Payment – The cost of the service paid by the User through the payment system available on the Website;
2. General Provisions
2.1 This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunding the amount paid by the User for the Service;
2.2 This Return Policy has been drafted in accordance with the applicable laws of Georgia, including the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights, and in compliance with the principles of good faith and fairness;
2.3 The amount paid by the User will be refunded only in accordance with this Return Policy and the Law of Georgia on Consumer Rights Protection;
3. Rules for Terminating a Distance Contract
3.1 In accordance with this Return Policy and the current legislation of Georgia, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract, without providing any reason;
3.2 In the case of a service contract, the 14-day period will begin from the moment the contract is concluded;
3.3 The Consumer is obligated to send a notification of contract termination to the Performer before the expiration of the 14-day period;
3.4 The Performer is obligated to provide the Customer with information about their rights and ensure they are familiar with this Return Policy;
3.5 The User is not entitled to request termination of the Agreement or exercise the right specified in clause 3.1 if the Performer has already partially or fully provided the Services and the event specified in this document has been completed;
3.6 The Customer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract during the event.
3.7 In the event of the User's withdrawal from the Agreement, the Performer will reimburse the amount using the same payment method used by the User;
3.8 The Performer is obligated to refund the amount paid by the Customer no later than 14 days after the termination of the Agreement;
4. Inability of the Performer to Refund the Money
4.1 The Consumer will not be refunded if they request the Performer to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion;
4.2 The Customer will not be refunded if the Performer has already fulfilled their obligation, either fully or partially;
4.3 The Customer will not be refunded if the event specified in this document is already underway.
5. Dispute Resolution Rules
5.1 In the event of a dispute between the User and the Performer, it shall be resolved through negotiations between the parties. If the negotiation process is unsuccessful, the parties shall refer the matter to the Tbilisi City Court;
5.2 The invalidity of any clause or term of the Return Policy shall not render the entire document invalid. Any invalid clause or term shall be replaced with a legal clause or term of similar content;
6. Rules for Implementing Changes
6.1 The terms and conditions of the Return Policy take effect upon the User’s visit to the Website or payment and remain in effect until both parties have fully fulfilled their rights and obligations;
6.2 The Contractor is authorized to make changes to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice to the User. The User is responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms and Conditions posted on this website;
6.3 Regular visits to the Website by the User and the use of the information provided automatically signify the User’s agreement to the terms and conditions posted on the Website;
6.4 This document is drafted in both Georgian and English. In the case of any discrepancy, the Georgian version shall prevail;
